These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services ordered from or provided to you by Exotics Reserve, owned and operated by Exotics Reserve LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting services from Exotics Reserve, you agree that these Terms shall apply to those services and your order.
We understand it may be tempting to skip this section, but it’s essential to understand the rules for using Exotics Reserve and what you can expect from us. For your convenience, we’ve summarized the key points. However, this remains a legally binding agreement, and we encourage you to read it carefully.
By using Exotics Reserve, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

By using Exotics Reserve, you agree to abide by these guidelines to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for all members.
All Membership applications are subject to acceptance by Exotics Reserve at its sole discretion. Applicants will be notified upon acceptance of their Membership application. Exotics Reserve is under no obligation to disclose reasons for rejecting any application.
You are required to provide accurate personal details when applying for Membership. Failure to do so may invalidate your Membership and any subsequent transactions. It is your responsibility to update Exotics Reserve promptly with any changes to your personal information.
Upon acceptance of your application and receipt of the Joining Fee, Exotics Reserve may issue you a Membership Card. This card is personal to you and non-transferable. You are responsible for ensuring that no one else uses your Membership Card.
Access to and use of your personalized Membership section of the Platform is protected by a combination of a user name and password or a SMS one-time password (OTP). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify Exotics Reserve immediately if you suspect any security breach, including unauthorized access or use of your account.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is handled securely and in accordance with the Exotics Reserve Privacy Policy, as outlined in Clause 10.1. All information you provide is stored on secure servers, and any payment transactions processed by us or our authorized third-party payment service provider will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
If your Membership Card or credentials to access the Platform is lost or stolen, you must notify Exotics Reserve immediately by email at support@thelaviso.com to ensure necessary security measures are taken.
For the first year of Membership, the applicable Membership Fees and Joining Fees will be confirmed to you prior to acceptance of your Membership application. The Joining Fee is payable in full upon acceptance of your Membership application. Any adjustments to the Membership Fees for subsequent years will be communicated to Members in advance of their Renewal Date.
By making payment of the Joining Fee, you expressly request that Exotics Reserve begins providing the Services immediately.
Both the Membership Fees and applicable Joining Fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exotics Reserve is a private Members-only club, and by accepting Membership, you agree not to make any public disparaging statements about Exotics Reserve, its Members, employees, or affiliates. This obligation remains in effect even after termination of your Membership.
Exotics Reserve operates in a non-solicitation environment. Any attempt to sell goods and/or services to another Member is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of Membership.
Exotics Reserve reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend Membership at its discretion if deemed necessary. All Services are provided at Exotics Reserve’s sole discretion.
Membership Fees are due upon acceptance of the Membership application and annually thereafter on the Renewal Date. Full payment will be automatically charged by Exotics Reserve in advance via direct debit or an authorized Payment Card.
If you have provided Payment Card details or authorized a direct debit, you expressly authorize Exotics Reserve to deduct renewal Membership Fees up to 28 days prior to your Renewal Date. If alternative arrangements are required, you will be contacted for renewal confirmation.
Should you wish to cancel your Membership, you must notify Exotics Reserve at least 30 days prior to your Renewal Date.
Failure to provide a cancellation notice as required in Clause 3.9 will result in automatic renewal of Membership, and the current Membership Fee will be charged accordingly.
Exotics Reserve, including its affiliated international offices, reserves the right to withhold Services if any Membership Fees due remain unpaid.
If you wish to upgrade to a higher-tier Membership, or if Exotics Reserve reasonably requires an upgrade based on your service usage, the additional cost will be charged on a pro-rata basis. If you decline Exotics Reserve’s request to upgrade, Exotics Reserve reserves the right to cancel your Membership immediately, in which case you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining Membership period.
Exotics Reserve may, at your request, purchase goods or services on your behalf. In instances where Exotics Reserve acts as a credit agent, you authorize Exotics Reserve to deduct the respective amount from your Payment Card immediately upon processing the transaction.
Exotics Reserve shall provide Services to Members during their Membership period in accordance with the specific Requests made by Members. However, Exotics Reserve reserves the right to decline any request that, at its sole discretion, is deemed to violate applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards, or that may be considered inappropriate within the relevant jurisdiction.
Exotics Reserve will make reasonable efforts to meet any specified performance dates; however, such dates are estimates only. Time shall not be considered essential for the delivery of Services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Exotics Reserve reserves the right to make necessary modifications to its Services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations, provided that such modifications do not materially alter the quality or nature of the Services. In the event of such changes, Exotics Reserve will notify Members accordingly.
Services will be primarily provided in English, although support in other languages may be available depending on the location of the Exotics Reserve office handling the request and the availability of multilingual staff during normal business hours.
Requests or queries made outside of normal business hours may be redirected to an alternative Exotics Reserve office or team for support. During these times, Services will be provided in English.
Members acknowledge that Exotics Reserve may receive commissions from Suppliers upon the successful provision of products or services arranged on behalf of Members.
For training and quality assurance purposes, telephone calls to Exotics Reserve may be monitored or recorded.
Exotics Reserve will provide Services with reasonable care and skill and will endeavor to accommodate Member Requests in a professional manner, subject to feasibility and reasonable instructions provided by the Member.
Members may submit Requests via the Exotics Reserve Mobile App, telephone (excluding text messages), or email.
Members should direct all Requests, including international ones, through the Exotics Reserve Mobile App or their designated primary point of contact for initial processing and coordination.
Exotics Reserve reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw or refuse any Services or Requests at any time without prior notice.
If Exotics Reserve is unable or not required to fulfill a Request, the Member will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all details provided for bookings, orders, or purchases are accurate. The debit, credit, or Payment Card used must belong to the Member, and sufficient funds must be available to cover the cost of the requested product or service.
Certain products, services, or benefits may be subject to a Exotics Reserve service fee or handling charge, which will be disclosed in advance. By proceeding with the transaction, Members authorize Exotics Reserve to charge their Payment Card for such fees or to invoice them accordingly.
Members acknowledge that any contract for goods or services resulting from a Request is exclusively between the Member and the Supplier. Cancellation of such contracts must be handled directly with the Supplier and is subject to the Supplier’s policies.
If a requested product or service is unavailable, Exotics Reserve may offer substitute options of similar quality and description. Members may decline such substitutions and request a full refund if payment has already been made to the Supplier.
All product, service, or benefit descriptions on the Website are approved by the respective Supplier. Exotics Reserve is not responsible for inaccuracies or misleading descriptions provided by Suppliers.
Payment for all products and services is due immediately upon order acceptance by the Supplier.
For goods purchased by Exotics Reserve on behalf of Members, returns and exchanges are subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions. Exotics Reserve will inform Members in advance of the applicable refund and exchange policies. Exotics Reserve holds no liability for Supplier refusals to accept returns or exchanges.
Members are solely responsible for retaining proof of return for goods sent back to a Supplier. It is recommended to use registered delivery or a similar tracked service to verify the return dispatch date and ensure tracking of the return process.
Exotics Reserve will notify Members once a refund has been processed by the Supplier.
For orders delivered outside the United States, any applicable customs duties and sales taxes will not be refundable through Exotics Reserve. It is the Member’s responsibility to claim such refunds directly from the appropriate authorities. Exotics Reserve is not liable for items held by customs or border agencies.
If a Member is unavailable to receive an Order at the specified delivery time, additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts. Members are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive their shipments to avoid such fees.
Suppliers are responsible for delivering the services, products, and Benefits that you request Exotics Reserve to procure on your behalf. Exotics Reserve will communicate with Suppliers on your behalf unless direct communication between you and the Supplier is deemed more appropriate.
Each Supplier may have its own terms and conditions governing the provision of goods and services. These terms and conditions will apply to your transaction with the Supplier and will be binding at the time of order. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the Supplier’s terms.
When requesting a product, service, or Benefit, you may be required to provide your Payment Card details. If you authorize Exotics Reserve to use your Payment Card to make payments to Suppliers on your behalf, you acknowledge and agree that Exotics Reserve is not liable for any issues arising from the use of your Payment Card, provided Exotics Reserve follows your payment instructions.
Benefits provided by Suppliers are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Your contract for the supply of products or services is exclusively between you and the Supplier. Exotics Reserve acts solely as an intermediary and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights and remedies related to transactions are to be sought directly from the Supplier.
You acknowledge that any contract entered into with a Supplier is independent of Exotics Reserve. Exotics Reserve disclaims all liability for any act or omission by a Supplier and any loss you may incur as a result of actions taken by the Supplier, regardless of whether the Supplier was introduced by Exotics Reserve.
Exotics Reserve shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or claims arising due to incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information provided by the Member when making a Request, nor for any delays or failures in processing caused by such inaccuracies.
Exotics Reserve shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes.
Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, all warranties, conditions, and other implied terms under statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination of these Terms.
Exotics Reserve is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful community. We strictly prohibit discrimination against any user based on race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, gender expression, age, military status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. Additionally, we do not tolerate unlawful harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment and sexual violence.
Exotics Reserve maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination in any form. Violating this Nondiscrimination Policy may result in immediate termination of access to our platform. If you have concerns or wish to report a potential violation, please contact us at support@thelaviso.com.
These Terms become effective and binding upon acceptance of your Membership application by Exotics Reserve. Your Membership remains valid and these Terms will continue to apply for the duration of your Membership unless terminated earlier in accordance with these provisions. Your rights and remedies under these Terms shall be enforceable solely against Exotics Reserve and no other entity.
Your Membership and use of Exotics Reserve’s Services are subject to Exotics Reserve’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and process your data and is available at https://www.thelaviso.com/privacy.
Exotics Reserve reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notification of changes will be provided through one or more of the following methods: website updates, email, or other direct communications. Continued use of Membership services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties. Neither party has the authority to act on behalf of or bind the other in any way.
These Terms do not confer any rights to third parties. Only the parties to this agreement (Exotics Reserve and the Member) have the right to enforce these provisions.
These Terms, including any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
